Church Street Day Nursery Terms & Conditions

The Nursery opens at 7.30am and your child will need to be collected by 6.30pm.

Nursery Fees:

Our opening times are: – 7.30am – 6.30pm (please note we are closed Bank Holidays and two weeks over Christmas and New Year)

Daily Rate Monday – Friday 7.30am – 6.30pm £43.75 = £4.16 per hour
Weekly Rate Monday – Friday 7.30am – 6.30pm £192.50 = £3.67 per hour

Morning Session 7.30am – 12.30pm £24.50 = £4.90 per hour
Afternoon Session 1pm – 6.00pm £24.50 = £4.90 per hour

Daily Rate term time only 7.30am – 6.30pm £47.95 = £4.56 per hour
Weekly Rate term time only 7.30am – 6.30am £229.50= £4.37 per hour

Extra Hours added onto sessions £5.50
Please note that session prices are reviewed each January and will be subject to a slight increase.

Fees are to be paid four weeks in advance, preferably by standing order or on your child’s first day at the Nursery for that week.

Four weeks paid notice in writing must be given if your child is leaving the Nursery.

Four weeks notice in writing must be given if you wish to reduce or alter your child’s booked days and changes are subject to availability.

Holidays, Public Holidays and sickness still have to be paid for except the two week closure throughout Christmas and New Year.

Medication can only be administered if we have written permission by the parents in advance. Your child must be picked up immediately with sickness and diarrhea and cannot return to the Nursery for 48 hours or until cleared by their G.P.

Calpol may be administered in the event of a raised temperature and you will be required to sign the Medicine Book when you collect your child. During the hot weather, high factor or sunblock cream will be used.

I/We give My/Our permission for senior staff to act on My/Our behalf when dealing with first aid requirements for my child and hospital treatment in my absence.

Your child will only be released from the Nursery with a parent unless arrangements have been made in advance.

Parents using the Nursery car park do so at their own risk, and parking is restricted to dropping off and picking up your child. Disabled parking places must only be used by those holding a blue badge.
